This elaborate recording has now passed 1.3M views on YouTube and has, by that measure, become Julian Lage’s most popular piece. This performance contains several sections: Firstly, Julian Lage plays a breathtaking 2m45s opening section. After 2 heads, he builds up a 3 minute guitar solo, followed by a 2 minute bass solo, before the piece ends with 1 head. This is a master jazz trio in action. Enjoy!
