This is a note-for-note transcription of “Du er”, of all the vocal parts, the guitar, the bass, the drums, and two keyboard parts: the themes and harmonica fills. (Included is also a draft of the main keyboard part; it is is not listed properly, as it still lacks the chorus sections.)
This is a well-rounded pearl of a pop song, in the tradition of the 1980’s keyboard-rich pop ballads. The intro–verse might be inspired by Sheena Easton’s “For Your Eyes Only” (1981), with its tonic pedal chords and the opening phrase. Enjoy!
