This is a transcription of the impressive live performance of Persian Rug from the live album, Live in Los Angeles. (The full video footage was released on the Julian Lage YouTube channel.) In this live version, the trio plays the tune about 25% faster and extends it with 3 additional rounds for guitar solo. As such, this is not a simple appendix to the album version but an interpretation in its own right.
After requests from my Patrons, I have added lots of comments in the guitar sheet to formulate some of the bigger soloing concepts found in Julian Lage's electric guitar solo. Enjoy!
