This is a complete transcription of the guitar and bass parts on “Two and One”. This composition is a concatenation of a free-time theme and a swung 12-bar Blues, both exploring the wonderfully funky corner where gritty dissonance meets laid-back groove. The song title, I suspect, refers to something as straightforwards as the song form: Two themes first, then the Blues solo section, and finally one theme. Enjoy!
